Three ways to work together

Commitment
Days, availability and decision-making involvement are agreed upfront.
Time horizon
Ongoing work with periodic reviews of scope and commitment.

Interim

An executive role for a transition period or a defined business objective.

Commitment
Part-time or full-time, depending on the mandate.
Time horizon

Questions from owners and HR

How does this fit with founding a consulting company?

Unifi Consult is Nikolay Epifanov’s professional platform. Personal executive work in another business is a separate engagement. Founder status alone does not define availability: commitment, authority and compatibility with other obligations are agreed before work begins.

Is this advice or a role within our team?

In an executive engagement, the leader participates in decisions and organises implementation within agreed authority. Consulting, research or development can be discussed as separate services.

Can we discuss a permanent position?

Yes. Nikolay also considers full-time roles. CEO, Managing Director, Country Manager and COO opportunities can be discussed directly, including team, authority, location and transition terms.

Do we need to engage the whole Unifi Consult team?

No. The core offer is personal executive involvement. Research, product or technical specialists join only when needed and by separate agreement.

How are availability and conflicts of interest handled?

Existing commitments, availability, competitor restrictions, confidentiality and priorities are discussed before the engagement. They form part of the agreement for the specific role.

Is there a fixed duration or price?

There is no universal package. Duration, compensation and commitment depend on the business need, authority and engagement format. They are agreed after an initial conversation.
